WALTON TECHNOLOGIES LLC IS OWNED AND MANAGED BY GARY AND CASEY WALTON. IT IS OUR POLICY TO SUPPLY TO THE INDUSTRY THE FINAST PRODUCTS AVAILABLE SUPPORTED WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
Gary Walton has both a chemical and mechanical background.

Gary spent ten years operating boilers and also doing repairs and maintenance on the boiler and related equipment. 

Gary has over forty years experience in the chemical business. Gary has run treatment programs on boilers from 10 psig to over 1000 psig; has experience treating boilers operating turbines up to 30 megawatts , cooling towers of several thousand tons, 1,500,000 gallon open spray pond and treating high temperature closed hot water systems up to 2,500,000 gallons of water.

Gary has extensive experience with water softeners along with related pre-treatment equipment and forty years experience treating firesides of oil, and hog fuel boilers up to 500,000 pounds per hr. 
Casey Walton graduated from the University of Maine with a B.S. Chemical Engineering.

Casey is a past President  of  American Water Technologies, holds a CWT certification certificate, a NACE corrosion Technician certificate, a member of the Society of Chemical Engineers  and holds a state of Maine master biocide license.

Casey has twenty five years experience in the chemical industry. He spent ten years managing the technical process on paper machines for a major starch supplier. he has fifteen years experience in the boiler and cooling industry selling and servicing chemical programs for industry. Casey has experience servicing boilers up to 1000 psig, programs on boilers running up to 30 megawatt turbines, cooling towers of several thousand tons, 1,500,000 gallon spray pond, and hot and chilled water closed systems.

Casey has experience servicing softeners, cleaning up the resin and running elution studies; experience trouble shooting RO units and helping the plant solve its  problems; experience with sand filters, charcoal filters, multi bed filters and bypass filters for cooling systems.

Casey has fifteen years treating firesides of boilers burning heavy oil and wood. 

Casey has experience with phosphate programs, EDTA chelent programs and all polymer programs.  He has experience running both anodic and cathodic corrosion inhibiting programs for cooling, scale inhibitor programs for cooling and closed system nitrite and molybdate programs. Casey has experience cleaning and inoculating closed systems and services glycol systems.
